But I doubt any of them will go through. On the other hand, if they face say French teams then anything could happen. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - Black Urum - May 31, 2009 Quote:If this list correct then we can see that there will be teams from 3 new countries at least in qualifying stages - Belgium, Latvia and Ukraine. Azovmash Mariupol. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - suricata - May 31, 2009 Quote:Well, I already have a new Eurleague team to support. Azovmash Mariupol. And why exactly? 2009/10 Euroleague participants - Black Urum - May 31, 2009 Quote:And why exactly? Because Mariupol is a Greek city. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - forum troll - Jun 1, 2009 These are the teams so far. Azovmash Mariupol But everyone keep in mind that this is ONLY if the current system Euroleague wants stays. Both of the two most important domestic leagues, the Spanish ACB and Greek A1 are officially protesting the new system. So it may end up because of that this whole new system fails to be implemented. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - Black Urum - Jun 1, 2009 Red Star won't be playing in Euroleague. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - Roy M - Jun 1, 2009 Red star, as Black Urum wrote, won't be in the EL, but in the Euro-Cup. Which are the 8 teams that will compete in the preliminaries? 2009/10 Euroleague participants - TalkBasket - Jun 1, 2009 Quote:Red star, as Black Urum wrote, won't be in the EL, but in the Euro-Cup. Just to add to this question. Will the teams, that will be knocked out, play in Eurocup? 2009/10 Euroleague participants - forum troll - Jun 2, 2009 Red Star has the Euroleague place. The only way they don't is if Euroleague lied about the placings. The Euroleague placings put Red Star in the Euroleague. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - forum troll - Jun 2, 2009 Quote:Just to add to this question. Will the teams, that will be knocked out, play in Eurocup? Yes the knocked out teams will then play in the Eurocup. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - Black Urum - Jun 2, 2009 Quote:Red Star has the Euroleague place. OK, you made a mistake in your first post, you got corrected, get over it, admit it and move on. Don't try to be a smartass about it and blame Euroleague. Red Star will not play in Euroleague. End of story whether you like it or not. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - forum troll - Jun 2, 2009 WTF? Why are you such an a-hole always in these forums? It's a disgrace the way you treat everyone. And the Euroleague places in the new system clearly give Red Star a Euroleague place. You need to actually look at the placing before you talk trash like that. The Serbian 2nd place gets a spot in the new system and it is the last spot right now, the 30th spot based on how the season unfolded, and that means Red Star has a spot. On top of that the wild card spot goes to the top points Adriatic team which is also Red Star. Finally grow the hell up and start acting like a mature adult. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - stefans - Jun 2, 2009 Quote:WTF? Why are you such an a-hole always in these forums? You are not right. For the Teams from Adriatic League they collecting points from tree years from Slovenia,Croatia and Serbia. And because of that Partizan had the most point from Serbia.Red Star they have no chance to participated. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - forum troll - Jun 3, 2009 WRONG. Second place team from Serbia gets a place, which is Red Star. Also, in the points system Red Star and Hemofarm would have the decision between the wild card spot from Adriatic League. I guess you guys need to pay a little more attention. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - Black Urum - Jun 3, 2009 Quote:WTF? Why are you such an a-hole always in these forums? Consider this as your 1st warning, I have been soft on you for too much and you are taking advantage of my tolerance. On the topic now, Euroleague does not guarantee a 2nd Euroleague place for Serbia. Unless you come up with a link or a source proving your claims. The 30th spot right now is going to France. Quote:WRONG. Second place team from Serbia gets a place, which is Red Star. Also, in the points system Red Star and Hemofarm would have the decision between the wild card spot from Adriatic League. I guess you guys need to pay a little more attention. You are wrong, as usually. Even if Serbia gets a 2nd spot, it will not be for Red Star because they are even behind Hemofarm in the standings. The only way for your beloved Red Star to be in Euroleague in the next Euroleague is for them getting the wild card from Bertomeu, but that will not happen. The Adriatic League does not have a spot in the Euroleague. Domestic Slovenian, Serbian and Croatian leagues have all 1 spot in Euroleague. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - suricata - Jun 3, 2009 Marousi beat Aris in the 5th game for 3rd place at the homecourt of Aris, so they will be participating next year for the first time 2009/10 Euroleague participants - forum troll - Jun 3, 2009 Quote:First of all, do not insult other members of the forum. And you are the one that insulted me. You have no manners, you have no etiquette. You are always arrogant and condescending. Sites that have moderators like you go totally down the toilet. You insulted me and you don't even realize it because you are incapable of acting like a mature adult. HEMOFARM and/or RED STAR have a spot in the Euroleague as it stands right now. I am right and you are wrong. This can change because Greece and Spain are protesting the whole system. But as the system is now if it goes forward one of those two clubs has a Euroleague spot. Just because you are more arrogant and condescending than anyone else here does not make you God on every issue. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - Black Urum - Jun 3, 2009 I give up. You seriously need to see a specialist. 2009/10 Euroleague participants - zwbgr - Jun 6, 2009 According to my calculation based on new proposed sistem and explained on EL site, Hemofarm has a spot BUT i heard that EL will grant someone an WC for qualification round too (and not only WC from C or Eurocup licence). And that WC will go to France team. Maybe this is why Black Urum puts in 3 France teams. |
