Quote:On Friday 16th April it will be 18 years since the Partizan basketball astonished Europe and won the title in the Europe,as an outsider in Istanbul.

Partizan was the only club in the Champions Cup, which, because of the conflict in former Yugoslavia, as well as host their games played abroad, and the fact that the team with an average of 21.7 years was the youngest among the giants of European basketball. Partizan sat on the bench coach - Zeljko Obradovic beginner who finished last season playing career.

Few people could have thought that the Partizan, whose game wore Djordjevic and Danilovic, achieved the greatest success in the history of the club, but also for the Serbian Basketball.

At the beginning of the "impossible mission", "black and white," they decided that their game play as hosts in Fuenlabrada, a suburb of the Spanish capital Madrid. That decision has turned out, was hit as the Spaniards gave full support to the young team. In return, they had the opportunity to enjoy the great performances of Partizan players to start destroying all the forecasts.
