14/16 of the following teams...

Poor Kolossos finished above both Aris and PAOK but got robbed...
Jerusalem again in the qualis? but they reached the final 8 in the Eurocup last season..
Sucks that we have to get past the qualifiers again...Katash wanted a challenge, here's his first one.
I expect Khimki to qualify for Euroleague and then the other spot is probably up between ALBA and Maroussi. Because of Maroussi not having an owner right now I would lean towards ALBA.

So taking ALBA and Khimki out.........looks to me like the favorites to win it will be Panellinios. I would expect them to make some good signings because they clearly have the advantage to win it.
Panellinios will make it to the Final four tops. They are cutting their budget. Already minus Vouyoukas and Smith, their best players.

But the overall level of next season's Eurocup will be low.

They are also going after Tsaldaris, Tapoutos, and Kalampokis. And they want to get someone on loan like Shermadini, Bogris, or Glyniadakis. So IMO they will be the favorites.

"Cutting the budget" issues isn't that important at this time. Nearly every team in Europe is cutting their budget so that does not really mean anything. The budgets are going down across the board so the effect on what team you can have at a certain budget is minimal.
Besiktas and Jerusalem are the first two teams to advance from the qualifying round, effectively eliminating Deutsche Skyliners and Belgacom Liege.
Group A: UNICS, Le Mans Sarthe, Banvit BK, EWE Baskets Oldenburg

Group B: KK Hemofarm Stada, Besiktas Cola Turka, Asvel Basket, BG Goettingen

Group C: Gran Canaria 2014, Budivelnik, BC Siauliai, KK Buducnost m:tel

Group D: Aris BSA 2003, BC Azovmash, Hapoel Gilboa/Galil, Cedevita Zagreb

Group E: Panellinios BC, Galatasaray Cafe Crown, NGC Bennet Cantu, GasTerra Flames

Group F: Benetton Basket Bwin, Asefa Estudiantes, PAOK BC, Chorale Roanne

Group G: Cajasol, CEZ Nymburk, Hapoel Jerusalem, VEF Riga

Group H: Alba Berlin, Krasnie Krylia, Pepsi Caserta, Anwil Wloclawek
Panellinios, ALBA, and UNICS are the teams to beat IMO.
Panellinios sucks. They are lucky to have a Dutch team in the same group to trample over.
I would love to see Besiktas with Iverson(if sign) against Hemofarm. <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Biggrin' />
Krasnie Krylia have an underrated and pretty good team, with Brezec and JR Bremer. Even Gerald Green! (even though he can't do much other than dunk) If Hapoel manage to gel and build good chemistry they could be a dark horse in the competition. Very talented roster this season, but chemistry is key.
