In Serbia about 6 months ago on elections there was change.So this new government started to invest money first for FC Red Star(they where close to collapse).After that Dusko Vujosevic demanded also help for BC Partizan,after few months they finally helped. <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/agree.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
