If you could give advice to a NBA player to improve how they play, who would you give advice to and what would it be?
Lebron. Be less of an asshole and travel less (but refs don't whistle em anyway)
I would say:

Derek Fisher: Work on your lay ups.

Hasheem Thabeet: Stop being the #2 overall pick. Also the ball can't actually injure you, so you don't have to be afraid of it.

Gallo - Be more assertive on the court.
Tiago Splitter and Nikola Pekovic: keep on working hard, give everything at pratice and in the game. Show your skills when you get playing time. If you play hard and you show what you got, your time will come
