Booker, Trevor
Farmar, Jordan
Johnson, Trey
Ilyasova, Ersan
Krstic, Nenad
Law, Acie
Moore, E'Twaun
Mozgov, Timofey

Songaila, Darius
Summers, DaJuan
Temple, Garrett
]Vujacic, Sasha
Quinn, Chris
Von Wafer
Weems, Sonny
Williams, Deron
And Amara Stoudamire is tweeting that he wants to play in Maccabi....
I think it would be more useful to divide the players into three groups: stars, rotation and fringe. So in that group you have one star (Williams), four rotation players (Krstic, Pachulia, Songaila, Weems) and four fringe players (Shakur, Summers, Armstrong and Andersen). That's better because some fringe players move to Europe every season, while the rest are most likely moving because of the lockout.
Hilton Armstrong is much more of a rotational player than Songaila. I think the more important issue is whether the player is currently under NBA contract and would have to return to the NBA should a quick resolution be found.

Under NBA Contract?

Andersen, David - No
Armstrong, Hilton - No
Krstic, Nenad - No
Pachulia, Zaza - Yes
Shakur, Mustafa - No
Songaila, Darius - No
Summers, DaJuan - No
Weems, Sonny - No
Williams, Deron - Yes
If we are gonna categorise them then we should have a "key player" category as well, cause Krstic and Weems will be key for their teams...
Also, Andersen is one of the best in Europe at his position.
I'm not talking about how important the players are to their Euro teams, I'm talking about how important they are in the NBA. That's why Andersen for example is not considered a key player. As for Songaila/Armstrong, there's a pretty minor difference between their ability and it's subjective. I agree about the under contract part, that's important as well.

New rumors: Vujacic to Efes, Tony Parker to ASVEL
Kobe was on the verge of signing a $450k/month deal with Besiktas when Besiktas was put on a hiring freeze due to its match fixing scandal in football. If you can get Kobe for $3.6m for the season (assuming 8 months) and Deron Williams for $1.6m for the season, why on earth are teams like Galatasary giving players like Songaila $1.5m? Why wouldn't you hold out for some of the best players in the world at pennies on the dollar rates?
Because Williams will cost Besiktas $5M if he remains the entire season... or 500K per month...

That makes more sense than the $200k/month figure that was floating around earlier.
List updated.
Iliyasova in Efes, farmar in Maccabi.

We can add Jon Leuer and Metta World Peace to that list.
+ Danny Green.
Well, technically some of those are not NBA players as they come from NCAA...
Nothing to do with Europe but Leandro Barbosa has signed with Brazilian club Flamengo with a termination clause should the lockout be resolved.
The name change for Metta World Peace is now official. The man formerly known as Ron Artest paid off the overdue parking tickets allowing the name change to go through. Mr. Wold Peace will now be taking his trade to England.
