Turkish Airlines EuroLeague preseason: Panathinaikos wins Giannakopoulos Tournament
Panathinaikos OPAP Athens is the first-ever Pavlos Giannakopoulos Tournament winner! Panathinaikos won the tournament, a new annual event to remember a late giant of European basketball, by beating Fenerbahce Istanbul 85-80 at home on Friday. Matt Lojeski led the winners with 13 points.
