Yeah, I think that Aris or PAOK can upset Olympiacos this year, especially Aris because the game is scheduled for October and Oly is a whole new team... <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bag.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Bag' />

Besides, we play with Maroussi which is not as good as the years before.

You never know [Image: whistle.gif] , remember how we saId it was wrong for a theoretically stronger team to undermine a theoretically weaker one? <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Wink' />

***Maroussi played with only 4 professional players. The rest of them were below 18!!!



Ian Vougioukas scored 18 and Aleks Maric 15 points!

The rest three quarter-finals of the Greek Cup took place and here are the results:



Kavala 77-76 Ilisiakos

*Kavala scored the game winning shot that gave them the win and their first lead in the game! <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bag.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Bag' />



PAOK 89-67 Ikaros Kalitheas

*Dikoudis-24 points, J.R. Giddens 20 points and Goree 15!



Aris 59-80 Olympiacos

*Kostas Papanikolaou was the best for OLY with 16 points and 6 rebounds(against his former team!) and Spanoulis with 14 points!



NOTE: It seems that Olympiacos will has hard time competing against high level teams when Spanoulis is out... <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bag.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Bag' />

Criss-Crossing Oly and Pana is plain unjust. It's that simple. They always end up in the final, which does no justice to other clubs. We need a permanent EL, whereby these two can go and compete on an equal basis with other teams at equal level. Our domestic league is looking very shaky indeed, and will fade into oblivion if something isn't done to change the whole mechanism of it. <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Cool' />
