In the two first final series games:

Siena 100-80 AJ Milano

Siena 81-59 AJ Milano

No surprised there I suppose.
Third game.

Armani MI - Montepaschi 75-88

Montepaschi Siena stepped closer to retaining Seria A title.
The most boring league of Europe. I've prepared a template for the articles section, it goes like this.

Montepaschi Siena beat <X team here> 4-0 wins, this time by beating them <XXX-XX>. And won their X+1 consecutive title.
Montepaschi Siena champions for 4th season in a row and 5th title alltogether.
Roma is disappointing me in the Lega A, there 2-6 they can do so much better then this!

Benneton is playing good but not as good as in the Eurocup.

Virtus Bologna has to play better, they have a good team but the injury of Kennedy Winston.Winston is back so they get his scoring back. Koponen has to step his game up. They have to give the young guy Parzenski more minutes to develop. Where is Viktor Sanikidze?

Bennet Cantu is surprising me the most. There are playing good and they have some nice players( Green, Leunen,Micov, Tabu,...). They have a nice team.

Milano and Siena are playing great in the Lega A and in Euroleague. They will be the teams to beat
Italy League is in disarray.Except Montepaschi other teams don't have "stars" like in Greece,Spain and Turkey.
That's fact, but the other teams don't have the many the teams in Greece,Spain and Turkey have. But there are a lot of good players in Italy. Young talents or players that are entering their prime
Bottom 3 teams in Euroleagu when it comes to ticket sales are two Italian ones...

I watched yesterday Armani Jeans against Valencia. And although they move to a smaller hall.Again hall was half empty. To bad for basketball. <img src='http://www.talkbasket.net/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thudown.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
Bennet Cantu is third in the league and Bologna is also playing good. This teams could challenge for the Euroleagueplaces. It would be interesting to see them play in the Euroleague. I think they could win some games and could win from some great teams. I hope they can keep up the form that they have.
Hello, I wonder if someone could give me some informations about Bologna team, financial situation, their goals, quality, and expectations about how high can they finish.

I would also ask same for Roma since they started really bad, but things should turn around or they simply missed with squad..

Thanks for any help
Roma started really bad, there are ranks twelved in Lega A. They have a good team but they've had a couple of injuries of there keyplayers. There are also a couple new guys and they needed time to adjust to the playing style of Roma and to the level of the Lega A. I have read that they will want to end in the top and play european basketball next year( they want to play in the Euroleague and if they can't make it to the top, they want to play for the places who give right to play in the Eurocup). There are rumors that there will come some new players who would give them a quality injection

Bologna is ranked fifth. They have good team, a balanced team, good team chemistry. But the problem of Bologna is that they start the game very good and they end it very bad. They have had some injuries and they lost some games because of it. Some players are back but there are still playing with pain. Bologna wants to play with the best and they want to play in a European league(like the Eurocup or Euroleague). They can make it to the Eurocup but if they can win some keygames against the "top teams" they make a chance to play in the Euroleague.
Piero Bucchi isn't the headcoach of Armani Jeans Milano anymore. The rumor has it that he'll be replaced by Dan Peterson. But Aleksandar "Saša" Đorđević could also be the next headcoach but this is most unlikely
At 15.00 this afternoon Dan Peterson will be presented to the press. This means that Aleksandar "Saša" Đorđević will have to wait for another chance to coach a team

Tomas Van Den Spiegel will become a free agent next Thursday after finishing his temporary contract with Armani Jeans Milano

He will likely join Virtus Bologna. They are very interessed in him. He would give them must expercience under the basket. It would be great for Bologna and Van Den Spiegel. Van Den Spiegel would get a lot of minutes and could help Bologna to get a place so they can play european basketball next season.
Dan Peterson guides Armani Jeans to debut victory

Armani Jeans recorded the tenth win in Seria A season as they rolled over Pepsi Caserta. Dan Peterson debuted on the bridge of Armani Jeans. Oleksiy Pecherov came up with a pivotal performance not to spoil the head coach debut. The Ukrainian centre tallied 21 points and 14 rebounds to lead the hosts to the victory. Armani Jeans fired 27 points in the opening frame to take a 6-point lead. Pepsi Caserta got within 4 points at the interval but could not keep up the tempo. The home team erupted for 28 points in the third quarter to establish a comfortable 14-point advantage before the fourth quarter. Armani Jeans stayed in charge throughout the final frame and rallied to the victory at the end. Ibrahim Jaaber notched 16 points and 4 assists for Armani Jeans. Jonas Maciulis added 13 points for the winners. Eric Williams replied with 19 points and 8 rebounds for Pepsi Caserta as they fell at 5-8 record in the ladder.

Armani Jeans: Oleksiy Pecherov 21+14 boards, Ibrahim Jaaber 16, Jonas Maciulis 13

Pepsi Caserta: Eric Williams 19, Jumaine Jones 18

Only Problem with Armani Jeans..little fans
That's avery big problem. They have a good team but they don't have many fans.

They will have to fight for a place in the Euroleague next season because Cantu is playing good and Bologna also wants to go the Euroleague
Marcelus Kemp has instructed his lawyers to appeal to the Court of the FIBA for rescission of the contract with Virtus Bologna. In the agreement there would be a writing style that allows the player to free himself if the club build a one-month delay in the payment of salary. Kemp argues that the situation is this, Claudio Sabatini, meanwhile, denied any delay and promises to battle American player.

This is could turn into a nasty case for Bologna
