So Spain jump from fifth to third over-taking Lithuania and Serbia and Greece moved from eighth to sixth, don't know any other chages, so what's everyone's opinion?
I don't know hos the ranking works, but somehow it seems odd that Greece are only 6th (European Champions 2005, World Champions runner up in 2006). Lithuania have been 7th and not in the top 4 in the last European Championships.

Even so, the top 3 seem about right. But I'd say greece should be way ahead of Serbia for the last few years. Serbia have vanished since the last World Championships. I'd say Greece should be 4th, Italy 5th (living on their Olympic silver), Lithuania, Germany and France ahead of Serbia
Definetly not surprised about USA being there.

But surprised Serbia are in there, i never knew they were such a good team.

Serbia was second for a long time. They have great players and it is very strong team. But recently many of their best players refused to play and they failed to win anything this caused fall in the rankings.
