Hey guys this is my progress as a dunker. I went from touching the rim to dunking in 12 weeks. ANYONE can dunk with the right exercises.

The point of this video is to show that anything is possible with hard work. I have seen a lot of people ask questions how they can dunk s I decided to post it here.
In this video I go into more detail about how to dunk.
