ââ¬ÅPreolympic Challenge 2008ââ¬Â starts in BasketMe.COM

The spanish media BasketMe.COM has developed a fantasy game based on the Olympic Qualifying that will be played in Athens since 14th to 20th of July. The game has been named ââ¬ÅPreolympic Challenge 2008ââ¬Â. The champion will receive a Dirk Nowitzki official jersey, while the second and the third qualified will get a Tracy McGrady official jersey and an Allen Iverson official jersey, respectively.
The users can create their team until monday 14th of July at 1:00 pm (in Greece).
HOW TO PLAY?
ââ¬Â¢ Choose a five players lineup with one player for every position.
ââ¬Â¢ Scoring will be the equivalent of playerôs ranking per minute.
ââ¬Â¢ Lineup changes are unlimited before and after every game. Lineups canôt be modified during the games.
ââ¬Â¢ Each user can register just one lineup.
SIGNS/CHANGES
ââ¬Â¢ To sign a player, click on the question mark in the empty position, and click on the button ââ¬Åsignââ¬Â of the player chosen in the pop-up window.
ââ¬Â¢ To change a player, click on the playerôs picture, and pop-up window will be opened with all the players for that position. Then, follow the same steps to sign a player.
ââ¬Â¢ Changes can only be made between gamedays.
SCORING
ââ¬Â¢ Total team scoring in every gameday will be the aggregate of five players ranking per minute.
PRIZES
ââ¬Â¢ The champion will win a Dirk Nowitzki official jersey (Dallas Mavericks).
ââ¬Â¢ The second place will get a Tracy McGrady official jersey (Houston Rockets).
ââ¬Â¢ The third place will get a Allen Iverson official jersey (Denver Nuggets).
ââ¬Â¢ All prizes are a courtesy from the official sponsor of the game, MARINA ESPORTS, a specialized basketball shop in Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).
