Real seems to suffer from Unicajism this year, although they have been slowly recovering lately. Winning in Moscow is almost impossible, but Real today had a big heart and played definitely as a team. Many players stepped up and Reyes was a true leader. CSKA was passive in defense at times, I think they felt the game was theirs since they had the lead for about 80% of it, but that attitude proved fatal.
Well Zalgiris finally made it. First quarter looked very promising but then it got very close. Zalgiris made a late run and sealed the win. Though they could have won by less than 10 which would mean they had to beat Nancy by +30. Fortunatelly Zalgiris managed to keep 11 point lead till the end.
