Quote:One of the most successful sports clubs in Bulgarian history CSKA, is already a history for Bulgarian Men's basketball. At least for this season. The game for 'The Reds' is over. Nobody knows for how long. They will not continue in the 2nd half of the National basketball league. Yeterday the team didnt appear on the court against Vidin in their 1st Round game for the National Cup. An hour before the game, the president of CSKA Georgious Joanni Sterianopoulos announced he decided to stop his First team from all official competitions the championship and the National Cup of Bulgaria.

The 'Red' boss brought a premeditated record note with his written reasons for that kind of shocking reaction in the office of Bulgarian basketball federation. All of them fit perfectly for a bad scenario of a cheap thriller production with third-rate actors. But none of them had basketball matter. And more: none of them were really authentic...

Sterianopoulos and his right hand in CSKA Branislav Prelevic blamed Bulgarian country for every single possible crime on the planet: from death threats for both of them, scary attempts of abduction and kidnapping by daylight to one of their secretaries, bringing her under protest in a Bank in Sofia. Sterianopoulos told the press, that in this moment the girl had in her purse his credit card! Another crazy story from his mouth was again with his female secretary in the main role. The Greek businessman from Interlogic company claimed that the same woman was attacked in front of the doors of 'Hristo Botev' hall in the Bulgarian capital, when she was bringing in her bag all the salaries for the players. And who knows why, but no matter it was by daylight again, nobody saw that criminal deed

Strange, because in Greek embassy and in Serbian embassy nobody even heard since yesterday, that Mr Sterianopoulos and Mr Prelevic are in danger. Because none of them called to ask for protection. Not just in their National embassies in Sofia, but even in any police station in the city. And the poor girl - their secretary, who was attacked not once, but twice She didnt show her face, or her nose anywhere in the police

And in fact the truth is so simple and a little bit different.

Mr Georgious Sterianopoulos lost two civil trials in the last 6 months and he is very close to lose another one. He was sued to pay five salaries (January-May 2008) to the former guard of CSKA Ludmil Hadjisotirov (189-G-80, agency: AMI, college: Maine). He was sued to pay four salaries (February-May 2008) to the former captain of 'The Reds' Georgi Davidov (201-C-76) as well. Both players won their cases and Bulgarian supreme court recognized their ex-boss for guilty. In Bulgarian federation there is an official order from an excecutory officer of Bulgarian court. The deposit of 50 000 Bulgarian leva (25 000 euro) of the club for participation in NBL is blocked. And if Sterianopoulos wants CSKA to continue to play, he must show a bank document that he has another 50 000 leva to prove with them that his club is financially stable.

But it is clear CSKA is struggling. Yesterday Sergey Tsvetkov (196-G-88) and Zhivko Stoyanov (197-F-87) dissolved their contracts and signed in different clubs, because they were staying without salaries since November 2008. Two coaches Ivaylo Jelev and Ivan Ganchev left too and with them - all Bulgarian youngsters. They declared that they don't want to play for this president and this sports director anymore. The coaches admitted they worked without money in the last three months and in terrible conditions. They made a huge pressconference at the end of the last week, where they made shocking disclosures.

The ugliest was for the gym.

The president of CSKA signed a contract with Bulgarian National agency for sports (DAMS) to manage and refit 'Bulgarian army' basketball hall, next to the football stadium of CSKA. Sterianopoulos and Prelevic left there more than 80 kids in seven teams, plus the players of their Men's team to practice in a disgusting atmosphere. Without working locker rooms, without electricity, hot water and without working closets and toilets.

The stink of excrements there was stopping the breath far away from the the doors, the stink was hitting you in the face since the moment you step on the inside stairs to the gym...

The kids, who have 35 leva tax each month for playing in CSKA, have been forced to run outside and hide in the bushes to piss... The pictures from this former CSKA hall, turned now in a dirty closet, where once upon a time the team became a champion, went around all newspapers and sports agencies in the country. And the reaction of DAMS didnt late. They started immediately a procedure to take away the gym from Sterianopoulos and Prelevic hands and give it to Bulgarian basketball federation.

Very soon Mr Sterianopoulos will lose another case, he was put in the court by Rosen Barchovski the former head coach of 'The Reds', who was kicked from the team in the middle of November last year, in the same scenario like players Georgi Davidov and Ludmil Hadjisotirov and his assistant coach Toni Detchev.

Yesterday Sterianopoulos declared that he will keep the team, but the team will not play official games, just friendlies abroad. The boss promised he will pay on time salaries to the players and will take care of CSKA young teams. He claimed he has great plans to refit Bulgarian army basketball gym and will invest more than a half million Bulgarian leva there

But before that, Mr Sterianopoulos must pay more than 25 000 euro penalty to Bulgarian basketball federation for restraining his Mens team from the league and the Cup tournament.

And another strange concurrence from today: the official site of the club, where the president and his Serbian director vomited all their crazy stories in the last year and a half stopped working from this afternoon. Maybe somebody started to erased his traces...

But after all they did here to us, if this is their flight, better for us, better for these 80 kids, for Bulgarian basketball name, which is so dirty now, thanks to well known and unknown criminals and thanks to our spare laws.

Game over, Sterianopoulos!

Game over, Prelevic!

And one last word: Why dont you try to do the same in PAOK? To leave their kids without a closet and to push them to play ball in a stinky hole, like Bulgarian army, which you both turned into a bog...
And in the meanwhile Prelevic took over as coach of CSKA Sofia. Weird things happening..
