That's the point. Naharia refuse to releace Ohayon to Jerusalem and will pay him all his contract to the next season and not sign more players instead.

they still owe him money from last year.and they stated that they can't pay it.so how can they tell him to stay? he can go to any club that he wants and he won't continue there.
