Let's use this thread to post the budgets of all the 2008-09 season Euroleague clubs. We can also post budgets of Eurocup clubs, but just state that they play in Eurocup and not Euroleague.

I have the budgets of the 2009-10 Greek Euroleague and Eurocup clubs.

Greek Euroleague clubs:

Olympiacos Piraeus ~43 million euros ($60.7 million US dollars)
Panathinaikos Athens ~25 million euros ($35.3 million US dollars)
Aris Thessaloniki ~4 million euros ($5.6 million US dollars)
Maroussi Athens ~3 million euros ($4.2 million US dollars)

Greek Eurocup clubs:

Panellinios Athens ~4 million euros ($5.6 million US dollars)
Do you mean 2009-2010? Tongue

Here's what I know about Maccabi and the Israeli Eurocup teams for the upcoming season:

Maccabi: ~12.8 million ($18 million)
Hapoel Gilboa/Galil [Eurocup]: ~1.3 million ($1.8 million)*
Hapoel Jerusalem [Eurocup]: ~1.1 million ($1.5 million)**

*were supposed to compete in the cup, not sure if they actually will.
**the budget might be doubled in the next few days if Brazilian/American businessman Guma Aguiar decides to support the club.
Yep, I meant 2009-10. Can you fix the thread title?
Montepaschi Siena has upped their budget for this year to €15 million euros ($21.4 million).
How do you calculate the budget? Wages, transfer buy-outs paid and what else?
No idea bout the calculations above but things that are included are arena rent, hotels and air tickets, marketing, operational expenses, registration fees, gym and sporting equipment, medical expenses etc...
Partizan Belgrade budget 2.5 million euros Smile

for players not more then 1.5, maybe 1.8 mill euros.

enough for Top16 !!! (When you have Vujosevic on the bench and gravediggers in Pionir)
i doubt this year's partizan will go anywhere, but then again this is partizan...
Aris 4 mlns? Ha, that was a good one!

Maybe with all the expenses, but for the team only? Nope...

Don'€™t be so sure. We don'€™t have team strong as the one with Pekovic, or last year with Velickovic, Tepic and Lazme, but we have some new kids.

We signed Bo Mccalebb last week, and probably in next few days PF Lawrence Roberts - http://www.eurocupbasketball.com/ulebcup...?pcode=TFU

It will be a hard work, but I see this team in Top16

This is how it goes with our (players) budget:

2 mill or less - Top16
2-3 mill - quarter finals

More then 3 million euros … who know… we never had that much Smile

Actually, that is exactly what i meant. One can never know what Partizan is capable of, regardless the budget.
