Carmelo Anthony has played with some top tier guys in his day. Melo has shared a locker room with stars such as Russell Westbrook, Allen Iverson, Paul George, Amar’e Stoudemire, and James Harden. All potential Hall of Famers.
That being said, earlier today, Melo released a statement saying Damian Lillard, his current teammate on the Portland Trail Blazers, was the greatest player he has ever played alongside. This is high praise from one of the best scorers in NBA history and says a lot knowing who he’s played with in the past.

“Dame’s at the top for me. I’ve never played with someone who lifted his team on the court with his play and as a leader. He genuinely cares for his teammates. What he’s been able to do is amazing. He’s the top guy I’ve played with.”
