The players of the Los Angeles Clippers are not too excited by clinching the number two seed in the Western Conference. The team’s superstar Kawhi Leonard bluntly said seeding does not matter at this point.

“I’m just happy we were able to make it to the playoffs. Right now it doesn’t seem like seeds matter,” Leonard said, per Farbod Esnaashari.

With all of the teams playing inside the Orlando bubble, the home-court advantage means nothing. The only thing that the higher seeding gives is potentially weaker opponent and an easier path to the Finals.
