DeMar DeRozan and Keldon Johnson led the San Antonio Spurs to their fourth win in seven games in the Orlando “bubble”. The Spurs remained alive in the playoff race, after dominating the Houston Rockets 123-105.
After Johnson and DeRozan combined for 47 points, the latter expressed his happiness for playing with the Kentucky product. Johnson, an athletic guard/forward, could certainly be mentored by a seasoned veteran like DeRozan.
With one seeding game remaining for San Antonio, the Texas franchise is 0.5 games behind the 8th-seeded Memphis Grizzlies.
