The Philadelphia 76ers went to win their second consecutive game in the NBA restart versus the Washington Wizards, but, unfortunately, lost Ben Simmons to an apparent knee injury.

The first signs on the All-Star point-forward are encouraging for the Sixers, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Australian has not experienced any pain or swelling in his knee, after leaving the court. The 76ers are in need of wins in order to improve their record and their standing in the Eastern Conference, after their loss to the Indiana Pacers in the opening night of the season restart.

The Sixers’ superstar is averaging 16.6 points, 7.8 rebounds and 8.1 assists per contest in over 56 games in the regular season.
