As reported by TalkBasket yesterday, Jonathan Isaac sustained what seemed like a knee injury during the Orlando Magic’s game against the Sacramento Kings.
Following further medical investigation, it has been reported that Isaac sustained a torn ACL in his left knee.
The Orlando Magic confirmed Isaac’s injury via a press release late Sunday night.
In what is another setback for the young forward, Isaac will now face a race against time to be fit for the upcoming 2020-21 NBA season. Tributes from players around the league, have begun to poor in via social media for the 22-year-old.
The Orlando Magic will continue in their quest to make the playoff’s without Issac, with their next game taking place on Tuesday, August 4th at 6pm ET.
