Houston Rockets’ Eric Gordon injured his left ankle in the team’s scrimmage against the Boston Celtics and is getting an X-Ray on the ankle.

Unable to put much weight on his foot, Gordon had to be helped off the court by teammates after awkwardly landing on the foot of Vincent Poirier of the Celtics.

Shortly after, the Rockets unsurprisingly ruled Gordon out for the rest of the game.

Here is the video:

The Rockets first “seeding game” is July 31 against the Dallas Mavericks and depending on the severity of the injury, Gordon could miss some time.

Gordon has played 34 games this season, as he missed time after undergoing knee surgery earlier in the season.

The 31-year-old has averaged 14.5 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game.
