If you’ve been an NBA fan for long enough, you’d know that besides being an absolute scoring machine, Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard is a polished rapper.
Lillard was recently announced as the cover athlete for upcoming basketball video game NBA 2K21, but his involvement does not stop there. The player will also have two unreleased songs featured on the game’s soundtrack.
Per Clutchpoints.com’s Ryan Ward, the Blazers superstar views this as a major accomplishment.
âTo be on the cover alone is a big deal to me, but to be on the cover & also have my music be a part of the game is a huge accomplishment as well,â Lillard was quoted as saying.
