One of the most difficult restrictions that the players have to deal with while they are in the Orlando bubble is not being allowed to bring in people from the outside. Sports analyst Stephen A. Smith was the first to publicly speak about the issue, saying it wouldn’t surprise him if some players broke the rules and left the bubble to satisfy their needs.

It seems some players found a workaround and are using it. According to Marcus Thompson, the bubble rules allow to have a trainer or a massage therapist. And that is what some players do.

Via The Athletic NBA Show as transcribed by Nico Martinez of Fadeaway World:

“From what I was told people are already working around it. You can’t have family but you can have a trainer or a massage therapist. So what I’ve been told is that there have been some pretty hot massage therapists come though. There’s a couple trainers who you know… their a backdoor is what I’m saying.”

The minimum time that the players will have to stay inside the bubble is three weeks. The teams that will go deep into the playoffs will have to live in isolation for more than three months.
