Barcelona have acquired the rights to point guard Leo Westermann, as announced by his agent Misko Raznatovic.
Westermann, who injured his knee in November, playing for Partizan in their away defeat to CSKA Moscow, subsequently missed the rest of last season will join Barcelona in 2015 but for the meantime will likely be loaned out to French side Limoges, who will be in next season’s Euroleague.
The French youngster’s agent will release more information on Westermann’s position in the next few days.
It looks likely that Westermann will join the French side Limoges for this season, as they compete in the Euroleague alongside CSKA Moscow, Maccabi Electra, Unicaja Malaga, Alba Berlin and Cedevita Zagreb.
