Leon Rose believes Frank Ntilikina could be a “valuable piece” for the New York Knicks in the future, per NY Post’s Marc Berman.

According to Berman, Ntilikina can prosper under the right circumstances in a “structured offense”, especially if Tom Thibodeau becomes the head coach of the New York Knicks.

The veteran coach is considered the clear-cut favorite to be the next head coach in New York, despite his shortcomings with the Minnesota Timberwolves, who have also had a “young” core in place.

Ntilikina had 6 points, 3 assists and 2 rebounds in almost 21 minutes per game in the 2019-2020 campaign.
