Brooklyn Nets forward Michael Beasley tested positive for coronavirus, returned home and his roster status is up in the air.

The 31-year-old was recently signed on July 9 as a substitute player.

Beasley had yet to participate in team practices, as he needed to test negative for the coronavirus for six consecutive days.

It remains unclear when or if Beasley will rejoin the team inside the “bubble.”

If he doesn’t, he will become the eighth Nets’ player to miss the season restart.

The Nets’ roster continues to be decimated by a combination of coronavirus and injuries.
