The NBA association is working on a plan to set up a second “bubble” for the NBA teams that are not going to participate in the season restart in Orlando.
Stephen Curry said on ESPN on Friday it would be meaningless for him to play in a potential second “bubble”, but he also believes that it’s a good plan for the young players, if it’s safe.

“At the end of the day, it would be hard for me to play meaningless games, and that’s pretty obvious,” Curry said. “But in terms of young guys trying to get as much basketball to break up, for the bottom eight teams, this potential eight-, nine-month layoff, I think it’s a good effort. Obviously safety first, that’s what everything is about. So if they can answer those questions, then we’ll see what happens.”
The Warriors were one of the eight teams that NBA didn’t invite for the season restart in the Walt Disney World in Florida.
As a result, Golden State is expected to play again in December, when the 2020-21 season is projected to start meaning they won’t play competitive basketball for nine months.
