The New Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball shared his thoughts on playing without fans in Orlando.

Ball has admitted that the Pelicans will have to communicate inside the court, even without the “cover” the fans provide under normal conditions.

“It’s going to force us to talk,” Ball said, per Christian Clark of nola.com. “There’s no excuses if you don’t hear somebody when it’s just us out there. I do think it will be a little bit different playing with no fans.”

New Orleans entered the Orlando “bubble” in order to get into the playoffs, being 3.5 games behind the 8th seeded Grizzlies.
