Bayern Munich’s big man Danilo Barthel is going to become the next player to join Igor Kokoskov’s Fenerbahce, according to Eurohoops’ Nikos Varlas.
Barthel signing with Fener will bring him outside of Germany for the first time in his career. Barthel has played for Bayern in the previous four seasons becoming a really valuable piece for the club.
Last season, he averaged 7.9 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 24 minutes per contest, while he put up 10.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 22 minutes per game in the German Bundesliga.
