Ben Simmons is ready to play in the NBA season restart, as he admitted earlier to a Zoom session with the Philadephia 76ers reporters.

The Sixers’ superstar admitted that he is ready to go and feel great to get back on the court having better control over his body.

According to ESPN’s Tim Bonteps:

Moreover, Simmons noted that the season pause was a blessing in disguise for him giving him the time to rehab form the back injury he suffered in February.

According to USA Today:

“Oh I needed it,” he said on the hiatus. “I was at a point where I was feeling comfortable getting back out on the floor, but it’s also a different type of pace so it’s hard to judge.

I still felt really good. I felt like I was ready, but this extra window of time is a blessing and a curse with everything going on, but I’m using it to my full advantage to get back out there so I’m ready to go.”
