Gigi Datome will not continue his career in Turkey, after five seasons with Fenerbahce. According to Sportando’s Emiliano Carchia, the Italian forward is finalizing his exit from the club to sign a multi-year contract with Milano.
Datome will return to his home country after 7 seasons abroad. He was an important piece for Fenerbahce’s successful run in the EuroLeague and the Turkish domestic leagues in the last five years.
Before the EuroLeague season ended on May, the veteran forward averaged 8.3 points and 3.4 rebounds on 43.1% shooting from the three-point arc.
