The first-year center of the Brooklyn Nets Nicolas Claxton will miss the remainder of the season due to arthroscopic labrum repair surgery on his left shoulder, per SB Nation.

Claxton will become the third Nets’ player that will miss the season restart due to injury, after Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.

The 6’11” big man injured his shoulder in a G League game in early March. The rookie appeared in 15 games for Brooklyn this season, averaging 4.4 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 12.5 minutes per game.
