The NBA announced new dates for the draft and the free agency, as the league is moving towards its restart on July 30.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the teams should circle the 16th and 18th October. The former is the new date of the 2020 NBA draft, while the free agency will reportedly start two days later.

The NBA set a new deadline (6-10 October) for the prospects that are going to withdraw from the 2020 NBA draft.

Furthermore, the NBA memo says free-agency negotiations can begin at 6 p.m. ET Oct. 18, with a moratorium on deals being signed until noon ET Oct. 23, per ESPN.
