Israeli Basketball is Back. Israeli Winner League returns to action on Sunday and all the games will be available LIVE & VOD on international broadcasting platform, WinnerLeague.TV.

Israeli Winner League is one of only three leagues across Europe to resume after Covid-19 pandemic, and the only one to play with all teams in regular league format – re-starting the league exactly where we had to stop. We’ll be the only pro league to play throughout July.

The league features many former and even future NBA players, including Amar’e Stoudemire, projected lottery pick Deni Avdija and projected draft pick Yam Madar. The last two cooperated in Israel’s U20 national team, who won back to back European Championships. Both made it to the All-Tournament 1st-Team.

In the last 12 years, six different teams won the championship, which makes Israel one of the most competitive leagues in Europe. For five of them, it was the first championship in club history!

Maccabi Tel Aviv leads the league and has a two-game advantage in the standings over Hapoel Jerusalem, who won both the League Cup and the Israeli State Cup earlier this season. The two have not met in the championship game since 2007. In addition, there’s only a one-game difference between the 7th seed and the 10th seed, which will make the playoff race tighter than ever.

Among newcomers to the league are Hapoel Jerusalem’s veteran Jeremy Pargo who will try to become the first player to win the championship with three different teams, young prospects Cameron Oliver & Lindell Wigginton (Ironi Ness Ziona), Jordan Davis (Hapoel Tel Aviv), Zach Hankins (Maccabi Rishon), Jordan Caroline (Hapoel Eilat) and many others.

The league resumes on Sunday, June 21st, and will be available worldwide via our online platform, WinnerLeague.TV. Details, videos and more on the website: https://www.winnerleague.tv.
