Nikola Jokic may have come in contact with player who tested positive for coronavirus

After a video of slimmed-down Nikola Jokic at a game in Serbia went viral last week, it appears that he might have been exposed to coronavirus.

Jokic attended the Mega Bemax exhibition game and may have come in contact with Partizan NIS player Nikola Jankovic, who tested positive for the virus four days later, despite not experiencing symptoms.

Jankovic entered self-isolation and players and staff of Partizan will get tested too.

NBA players who traveled abroad during the hiatus are expected back in the U.S. this week.

Players (including the Denver Nuggets), coaches, trainers or medical personnel will be tested every other day before traveling to Orlando starting June 23.

If Jokic were to test positive, that could prove to be a setback for him and the Nuggets before the season restarts.
