Clint Capela gave an update on his rehabilitation from the plantar fasciitis injury that has sidelined him for almost six months now.

The center of the Atlanta Hawks said he has seen much of an improvement on his plantar fasciitis injury and he is now feeling the best he ever has since sustaining the injury.

“Way, way, way better. I’ve been taking care of it all this time. Now I really feel that my heel has really healed. So it doesn’t bother me when I walk around with it or when I work out, so far. I just can’t wait to go out there and play.

I’ve already had plenty of time. But definitely, it’s going to help me to go back to the team, have a lot of workouts with the guys, get together 5-on-5, get together for some 3-on-3, get to know each other better and it’ll definitely give me plenty of time to get ready for the next season,” Capela said, via Sarah K. Spencer of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
