Former Lakers point guard Jeremy Lin joined Danny Green on his podcast “Inside The Green Room.” The 31-year-old, who is currently with the Beijing Ducks, shared a Kobe Bryant memory from the time when he played for the Lakers.
Lin remembered a time back in 2015 before the trade deadline when Kobe entered the gym as the players were warming up for practice. There are usually many trades taking place that surprise even those that get traded.
While everyone’s was happy to see Kobe, he had a strong message to his teammates: “I just came by to say bye to some of you bums who are going to get traded tomorrow.”
