Alexey’s Shved contract with Khimki Moscow is expiring this summer and it is sure that many teams will try to sign him. Shved’s scoring ability, experience and leadership are definitely some elements that many Euroleague teams would like to add to their rosters.

According to Nikos Varlas of Eurohoops, Shved is negotiating a contract extension with Khimki. Xavi Pascual is the new coach of Khimki Moscow and, according to the report, the Russian team will try to “steal” Shved from Khimki and sign him.

Zenit wants to add some experience, scoring and passing ability and for that reason Nick Calathes, who is unlikely to extend his contract with Panathinaikos, is also on their list.
