Aradori to leave Cantu?

Veteran Pietro Aradori is rumoured to be leaving former Euroleague side Cantu after his side were knocked out of the Italian league Playoffs by Roma.

Lakers to interview Hollins?

Los Angeles Lakers are going to approach Lionel Hollins with regards to the vacant coaching job, Yahoo Sports reports.

Quote from article:

“After meeting with two candidates with Lakers ties – Mike Dunleavy and Byron Scott – Hollins is an intriguing inclusion in the process. He’s the first candidate who doesn’t have a history with the organization, but, of the three, he has the most recent track record of success in the league.”

Cuban: I want Duncan to win a fifth ring. Then retire!

After missing out on the NBA crown last season, the San Antonio Spurs have an unlikely fan as they bid for a fifth title. That man is Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban.

The Mavericks owner also thinks that if Duncan, who came into the league in 1997 wins the NBA title this year, he should retire and end his career on a high.

“I want San Antonio to win,” Cuban said on 105.3 The Fan’s “Ben and Skin Show” on Friday. “I want Tim Duncan to hit a game-winning shot to win Game 7, then go to the Finals, do the exact same thing, hit a game-winning shot in Game 7, run down the tunnel, never to be seen from again.

“I want him to retire on the spot. I hope he gets that last ring and it’s all the incentive he needs to retire.”
