The New York Knicks could reportedly show interest in selecting RJ Hampton in the upcoming draft.

According to NY Post’s Marc Berman, the Knicks are intrigued by the talented guard, who skipped college to play in New Zealand.

Berman noted that the Knicks will consider selecting Hampton, if they pick between 6th and 10th in the draft.

In NBL Australia, Hampton averaged 8.8 points, 2.4 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 20 minutes, before his season cut short because of a hip injury.

Hampton became one of the first high-schoolers, who bypassed college to play overseas.

The 6-foot-5, 19-year-old combo guard, could be the steal of the draft being an athletic hybrid perimeter player with great all-around skills.
