Former NBA lottery pick and Spain national team member Fran Vazquez has decided to call it a career.

Vazquez is currently under contract with Basket Zaragoza, but he reportedly won’t continue playing this season, according to Spanish-language outlets Encestando.es and Heraldo.es.

He was selected 11th overall in the 2005 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic, but never made the jump to the NBA.

The Magic still currently hold his rights, but they will likely renounce them sometime soon.

Vasquez played his entire career in Spain, spending most of his time with Unicaja Malaga and FC Barcelona.

The 37-year-old won a EuroLeague title in 2010 and three Spanish league titles in 2009, 2011 and 2012, all with Barcelona.

Vazquez is the EuroLeague’s overall leader in blocked shots with 249.

He’s also the all-time leader in total blocks in the Spanish League.

Vazquez represented Spain at the 2005 EuroBasket and 2010 FIBA World Cup.
