Mike Conley’s blockbuster trade to the Utah Jazz officially ended a great era of basketball in Memphis and start another one in Utah.

The veteran guard talked on the genuine nature of the Grizzlies fans and how much he fondly remembers his time there before speaking on his time spent in Utah.

“Salt Lake has been unbelievable to me,” he said. “My family loves it. Obviously some of the best fans in the world. Truly a different experience for us, I think being in the mountains and altitude has been an adjustment. But, everywhere you go everyone is a diehard Jazz fan and truly cares about you and your family.”

Conley spent the first 12 years of his career in Memphis, before joining Donovan Mitcell and Rudy Gobert in Utah the previous summer.
