Gary Payton admitted Utah Jazz legend John Stockton was one of his personal rivals in the NBA back in the 90s.
Payton, one of the best trash talkers of all-time, said Stockton would never talk back to him and it annoyed him.
“I used to hate John Stockton because he never talked to me. He’d just look at you like he a zombie, man, and then kill you,” Payton told Stephen Jackson and Matt Barnes during his appearance on the All The Smoke podcast.
