Former NBA player Tony Parker is the first candidate to succeed Jean-Michel Aulas at the head of Olympique Lyonnais by 2023.
Even though it hasn’t been official yet, Parker will move from basketball to football and the presidency of the French club.
In his recent interview at Sofoot, Parker said:
“For me, it is an honor to be considered as such and that Jean-Michel thinks of me for this position. Of course, I realize what it involves and the work behind it. I know I have a lot to learn. But if one day he asks me to take over, it can’t be refused.”
