NBA free agent Isaiah Thomas admitted he has no intention to quit or retire any time soon.
Thomas, who was waived by the Los Angeles Clippers before the February 6 trade deadline, said his goal is to play until he is 40 years old.
“I have a lot left in the tank and my goal has always been to play until 40 [years old], and I’m going to try everything I can to reach that.
I didn’t take any days off and that was a positive from where I was coming from. It had been two years since I could get better each and every day and not take any days off, and that big for me,” Thomas said, via NBC Sports Washington.
