Olimpia Milano have reached an agreement with their players for a salary cut during the season suspension due to the coronavirus outbreak.
“We have sensitive and responsible players,” head coach Ettore Messina said.
Messina went on to apologize for initially underestimating COVID-19.
“I thought it was a worse flu, I was wrong and I apologize if I said nonsense.”
The EuroLeague season was officially suspended on March 12.
