Jr. NBA at Home – NBA stars show how to improve your skills during quarantine

As part of the Jr. NBA at Home initiative, NBA and WNBA players have come together to bring basketball fans at home the ultimate guide on how to improve their basketball skills whilst spending time indoors during the coronavirus quarantine.

Jr. NBA at Home is part of the newly-created NBA Together programme – launched in response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic to support, engage, educate and inspire youth, families and fans – and aims to help young players stay active and develop their game in a safe and healthy way at home.

In a series of interactive videos (listed at the bottom of this alert), NBA and WNBA players the likes of Cleveland Cavaliers’ Larry Nance Jr., Charlotte Hornets’ Devonte Graham and Seattle Storm’s Jewell Loyd demonstrate some simple, but effective drills, activities and instruction to promote skill development, physical activity and character development that young fans can replicate and share on their social media channels with the hashtag #JrNBAatHome.
