Vasilije Micic was born in January 13, 1994 in Serbia. He started professional career in KK Mega Vizura in 2010 and played here until 2014.
Then, Vasa was transferred to the Bayern Munich. But, he got injured haplessly. Therefore, he could not play somehow the way he wanted.
After Vasa played there for a year, he was chartered by Crvena Zvezda. After playing Crvena Zvezda for a year he went to Tofas. In the Turkish League Micic averaged 13.23 points, 3.91 assists, 2.68 rebounds in 26.91 minutes over 22 games.
After a year, he was transferred to Zalgiris Kaunas and it was a good season for him. Micic described the situation: “The last year in Lithuania, it was a good school at a professional level for me. Especially, for someone playing in my position.“
Finally, he came again to Turkey to play Anadolu Efes and he is still playing there.
So, what happened with the NBA situation? On 26 June, 2014, Micic was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 52nd overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft.
Vasilije Micic won the Turkish League (2019), Lithuanian Basketball League (2018), King Mindaugas Cup winner (2018) and he was selected All-EuroLeague second team(2019).
