LA Clippers superstar Kawhi Leonard shared his thoughts on the loss to the LA Lakers at Staples Center (112-103).
“You gotta give them credit. They came into the game with a lot of energy. I feel like our pace tonight was slow on the offensive end. They came out and played a great game. They were aggressive all night,” Leonard told reporters afterwards, via Tomer Azarly of Clutchpoints.
Leonard had 27 points in the game, yet the Clippers saw their six-game winning streak come to an end and dropped to 43-20.
For their part, the Lakers won their fourth straight and improved to 49-13, remaining on top of the West.
